We’ve been getting messages about buffering and issues for the last couple weeks and I think this needs to be said as a lot of you are having issues.

Due to our current nation(world)wide situation, more and more people are being forced to stay indoors which means more and more people are using the internet at the same time. Internet Service Providers and other corporations have been asked to limit the amount of bandwidth that individual users can use because it’s putting a strain on their servers.

Well, what does this mean to you? Simply, you may be paying for 300 mbps, but you’re not getting it right now. No one is. I pay for 400 mbps and I’m getting 45 mbps max right now. Which is hard with TV streaming and playing first person shooter games on the play station network at the same time.

If clearing caches, data and rebooting routers and devices isn’t helping your buffering, there’s not much that can be done. It’s not us, it’s not you, It’s the providers.

Now, we’ll still try to help anyway we can but please keep this in mind during this crazy time. Thank you for your business and continued support.

Here’s pictures from my speed test today vs last week vs two weeks ago. That’s a huge difference in speed!
